Footballers Healthy Tips
We all wonder how is it that all sports men stay fit and healthy for so many years even after they retire. We are always questioning what do they eat? Is Beer in their beer? They definitely do workout quite often. Quite a bit of football players were asked these questions recently and to which most of them answered swimming. Hence I recently bought swimming pools & automatic pool cleaners because I seriously can’t be asked to clean it manually every month.
There are few friends of mine who are sports journalists and they get to interview big names sportsmen all around the World in different tournaments. In the recent Wimbledon tournament they asked questions on dietery and fitness plans to few tennis players. Almost all of them recommended to go swimming few times a week. They also goto to the gym to increase their strenght but most of the time they swim as it is a full body workout and also improves heart and lung functions.
My other friend was lucky enough to goto South Africa for the World cup and interviewed some footballers. I know lucky git isn’t he. The football players gave the answer as the tennis players regarding their fitness. Some football players and tennis players have swimming pool in their property for them to enjoy it any time they want. They did tell me that it is absolutely crazy to clean the swimming pool though. They don’t understand all this swimming pool filters and swimming pool chemicals, that is why they have someone cleaning their pool every month. If I had that kind of money I will also have a indoor pool and hire a cleaner.
Now you know that sportsmen do not have any special technique to stay fit and health, they do the same thing as we do but do it constantly.
